Q: Can I return the item if it doesn't work for me?

A: Due to the personalized nature of our products, return and exchanges are not accepted. However, if there is an error on your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving the product and we will correct the issue within 3 business days.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A: You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our  Track Order page.

Q: Do you provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?
